
Dessert Preparations
Liquid UHT preparations formulated for preparing excellent desserts and puddings easily and quickly.
In just a few simple steps, create chocolate pudding, panna cotta, crème caramel and crema catalana:
1. Pour into a pan or microwavable dish
2. Heat on a hob for a few minutes, without bringing to the boil, or in a microwave on full power, until completely melted (for Crema Catalana, heat on a hob at 100°C for a few seconds or in the microwave on full power, until it comes to the boil)
3. Pour into the appropriate moulds and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours
