DOUBLE-FRACTIONATED PALM OIL

Martini Food Service's double-fractionated palm oil is a product which is particularly well adapted to frying. The double-fractionation process allows the high-quality part of palm oil to be obtained. This means a high smoke point which produces crunchy and light fried products.

BUONFRY

A blend of vegetable oils (high-oleic sunflower, sunflower, rice) containing anti-foaming agent and antioxidants that make the product excellent for professionals working with fried foods.
