Unsweetened UHT cream mix characterised by its dairy cream content, which gives it an excellent scent, taste and appearance while maintaining the high performance of a non-dairy cream. It can be used as it is for savoury recipes and cooking preparations or, by adding sugar, it can be whipped and used for patisserie.
