DOUBLE-FRACTIONATED PALM OIL

Martini Food Service's double-fractionated palm oil is a product which is particularly well adapted to frying. The double-fractionation process allows the high-quality part of palm oil to be obtained. This means a high smoke point which produces crunchy and light fried products.

HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER

Martini Food Service's high oleic sunflower oil, as the name suggests, has a high content of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat also contained in high amounts in olive oil, which guarantees an excellent combination of high cooking performance and important nutritional elements.

BLEND OF OILS FOR FRYING

A blend of oils for frying (high oleic sunflower, sunflower, palm), containing an anti-foaming agent, ideal for dry and crunchy fried products.
